This is a short page, because there is not much to say.

None. Not necessary ones, not preference ones, and certainly not advertising ones. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to, and no cookie settings page because there are no settings.
Most sites show a cookie banner because they load analytics, advertising or embedded content that tracks you. This site loads none of those. We do not know who visits, how many of you there are, or which pages you read.
That is a deliberate trade. It costs us the ability to measure whether the site works, and we would rather have that problem than the other one.
Two things, and neither sets a cookie on its own:
The desktop app is not a website and has no cookies either. It does store your preferences — which tab you had open, how you like things sorted — on your own computer. That never leaves your machine and is not used to identify you.
If analytics are ever added, this page will say so plainly and this claim will be removed from the rest of the site at the same time. A privacy promise that quietly goes stale is worse than never making one.
