Your statements never reach us.

Your computer. Your database. Your Google account, your API key, your Drive. There is no Cardගොඩ account and no Cardගොඩ server, so nothing is uploaded to us, nothing is tracked and nothing is sold — there is nowhere for any of it to go. Every part of this is yours, and it keeps working with the internet switched off.

One exception, said plainly. A few banks send PDFs the app cannot read on its own. Those statements — only those — are sent to Google Gemini using a free key you add yourself, so it is your account doing it and you can leave it switched off. How to get the key →

Add your cards

  • Pick your bank from the list
  • Its number fills in from your first statement
  • Add a credit limit and expiry for reminders

Plan the month

  • Subscriptions and instalments are found for you
  • Commitments carry forward, so next month starts filled in

  • Reads Sri Lankan bank statements. It will not understand one from elsewhere.
  • Rupees throughout.
  • Some banks, Commercial among them, need a free Google Gemini key. You add your own and it stays in your keychain.

  • Local storage

    Statements and history live in a database on your computer. No account, no server holding your data.

  • AI processing

    Statement text reaches Google Gemini only when a statement needs AI to be read — using a key that is yours, not ours.

  • Optional backups

    Backups go to your Google Drive only if you connect it, into a folder only this app can see.

  • No bank connection

    It reads statements you hand it. It never connects to your bank, and never asks for your banking password.

Installation notes

Neither installer is code-signed yet — a paid certificate the beta has not earned. That is why your computer will object once. It is not a sign anything is wrong with the file, and it is not a reason to turn off your computer's own protection in general — only to trust this file, if you choose to.

Windows: More info, then Run anyway
  1. SmartScreen will say it protected your PC.
  2. Click More info, which reveals a Run anyway button.
  3. This appears once, on the first version you install.
macOS: right-click to open it the first time
  1. Double-clicking a fresh install can only offer Cancel.
  2. Right-click (or Control-click) the app in Applications and choose Open instead.
  3. That gives you the Open button a plain double-click withholds.
